This plug in gives you (or your enemy's) an ultra powerful weapon. Apperantly Vandilay Industries visited the many systems of EV and called back their popular Heavy Rockets. They sent them back outfitted them with the new Mark 13 HVNM warhead. Be carfull when using this weapon! Its huge blast radius and smart-homing system makes quite a bang!
